Vet, a $XRP Ledger validator who has also been charged with the $xRP ledr’s legality, told the U.S.$P community that “it was found in the batch transaction and another fix amendment for the new $ExRPLedGER” which led to reversal of both sides.” This is the fix amendment to this fix, which includes the new xrpl v. fixbatchinnersigs amendment in its latest Xrpml (or ad-hoc) update. Vet earlier told supporters that the batch transaction amendment had only one vote left for it to enter majority if it was approved. Vet said at the time that “the Batch amendment on $XRP had won 28 “yes” votes, one ” yes” vote away from activation.
FYI – A bug was found in Batch (+fix) amendment for the $XRP Ledger.

Now, with the bug detected, Vet noted that validators are shifting their stance, changing their votes to “nay.”
Vet explains that both amendments including the batch transaction – did not live, and so neither of these amendment was affected by the XRPL mainnet. In the next $XRP software update, he added, “We will vote on a new bug-fixed Batch amendment for voting,” referring to ‘the latest bug fixation of this program.
The bug detection comes as $XRP Ledger participants tested the feature, in line with Ripple Engineer Mayukha Vadari’s advice.
Vadari reportedly called on $XRP Ledger users that “if there is an amendment they need for their project, we should review the XLS specification and make sure it works for them.” It’s to avoid problems that may be too late to correct as, the earlier an issue is discovered, and the more it is to address.
Batch transaction and “fixbatchinnersigs” amendment
The proposed batch transactions feature allows atomic execution of multiple transactions and will make it easier for developers to create apps that can directly on-chain generate revenue.
But this long-sought after broader community amendment makes it much easier to provide paid features, automate flows and build apps that make money.
In the fixbatchinnersigs amendment, there is a problem where the internal transactions of an batch transaction will be identified with valid signatures.
